For nearly two decades, he served as Executive Chef of the prestigious Regency Club in Los Angeles, where his cuisine attracted diplomats, celebrities, and some of the most influential figures in the world.
USA
During this time, Chef Patrick prepared meals for international dignitaries and even cooked for several United States presidents, including during the opening of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in 1991.
Hawaii
His culinary journey also took him to Hawaii, where he continued creating refined dining experiences for distinguished guests while deepening his love for ingredients from the sea and tropical environments.
