Behind the warmth, beauty, and effortless hospitality of Villa Deevena is Tasia Jamon, whose vision and dedication have shaped the soul of the property since its beginning.More than twenty years ago, Tasia and her husband, Chef Patrick Jamon, left their life abroad and followed a dream to Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. Drawn by the wild beauty of Guanacaste and the quiet charm of Playa Negra, they decided to create something special an intimate place where exceptional food, nature, and hospitality could come together.
From the very first stages of the project, Tasia played a central role in bringing that dream to life. She oversaw the creation of Villa Deevena, designing the tranquil garden setting and helping shape the welcoming atmosphere that guests experience today.
Today, Tasia is the guiding force behind the daily life of the property. She manages the operations, administration, and countless details that make each stay and each dinner feel personal and seamless. From welcoming guests to ensuring every corner of the property reflects warmth and care, her presence is felt throughout the entire experience.
Villa Deevena is not simply a restaurant or a place to stay it is a family story. Together with Patrick, Tasia has built a destination known for its hospitality, authenticity, and intimate atmosphere, while raising their two sons along the way.

Aristide Jamon brings a creative perspective to the family project.
